The rules are simple:
1. Be respectful of everyone, from fans to moderators to other VAs. 2. No spam. 3. Keep your language PG-13, Colleen and other VAs have fans of all ages. 4. Give lots of spoiler warnings before discussing the plot of an anime in detail.
These are pretty much the same rules the Sharpshooters have had since its inception 5 years ago. Easy enough, simple yet all-inclusive. Now that we included other fan clubs, we added a few more easy yet important ones:
5. State in your signature what fan club(s) you are in that the Sharpshooters are hosting. Ex: "Monica Rial fan" - NOT: "Travis Willingham fan"- since we are not hosting the Miniskirt Army on our forum. 6. Admin of other hosted fan clubs may have their own rules as they please as long as they conform to the rules in this list and ProBoards first and foremost. 7. Chatspeak and lack of proper punctuation, spelling, and capitalization is forbidden unless it is brief as a joke. Typos are perfectly fine, we all make those. The point of communication via text is that it clearly communicates your thoughts.
If any issue comes up, private message the administrator of that board or any of our Fuhrers and we'll work it out together.
Now go have fun! Fall out!

Regarding con requests
If you are asking for us to forward a request to a VA for a con, you need to go through the convention staff to make that request. It makes the scheduling easier on everyone.
